In the future, you may be able to get on Harry Potter rides at Disney. What do you think they’ll have? Some kind of round and round Whomping Willow ride, perhaps? Bumper cars that are all Ford Anglias? Shrieking Shack haunted house?

The fascinating issue for me will be whether or not this inspires a whole new boycott of Disney amongst fundamentalists (a boycott which was mysteriously abandoned just prior to the release of the very Christian Narnia film). I’d love to see the fundies trying to figure out what to do with a company that creates the Narnia movies but features Harry Potter at their theme parks. Update: The rumor isn’t true. No Harry at Disney.
