No, not that court case. This one:
Harry Potter author JK Rowling won a landmark privacy ruling in her battle to ban publication of covert long lens pictures taken of her son when he was 18 months old.

Catchy title! You should have saw my eyes light up when I read it. All in good fun.

The outcome is reasonable, although it was interesting to discover that J.K. Rowling is a pen name. Where have I been?

I believe Joanne K. Rowling is her maiden name, but she’s married now. I would expect her to change her name for privacy, but still use the one she’s known for publicly. Of course, the married name isn’t so much private now.

In a documentary I saw many moons ago Joanne Rowling told how she was advised by her publishers not to use her own name as maybe boys would not want to read a story written by a woman. It was decided that Ms Rowling should use her initial ‘J’ and add one other. She chose to use the name of one of her grandmothers, Kathleen and so became J.K. Rowling.
