We’re going to try to do giveaways here at the Hog’s Head at least once a month.  This one’s really exciting: a dramatized BBC production of The Lord of the Rings.  Matthew wrote about this a couple weeks ago.  Here’s a wikipedia entry for the production, and here’s a link with a lot of reviews.

How do you win this tremendous audio collection, you ask?  It’s very simple: Anytime between now and 7am EST on Wednesday, June 4, Thursday, June 5, you need to send a tweet to The Hog’s Head’s Twitter page, and you’ll be entered to win.  This will mean, for some, signing up for a Twitter account.  Here’s a breakdown of how to do this:

1. If you don’t have a Twitter account, sign up for one.
2. Search for “thehogshead” and then click “follow” when you see the correct result (our avatar is the Grand Pre artwork of the Hog’s Head sign).
3. Wait until you get a notification that thehogshead is following you.  (This might take a few hours, but I’ll be checking it as regularly as possible).
4. Then, once you know that thehogshead is following you: in the text box, type “@thehogshead,” and then following that with your message.
5. Listen to The Hog’s Head PubCast on Wednesday Thursday.
