Travis, I listened to the podcast yesterday, & I must admit that your talk on literacy & power kind of went right by me. I don’t know if I just was distracted or else I just couldn’t get a handle on what you were trying to say. Anyway to get that section of the podcast in a written form, so I could mull it over? Thanks.

It was kind of academic. Not surprising, since you were reading from an academic paper. A synopsis or a reader’s digest version might be helpful. But not on my account. My problem with the literacy/power segment is that I disagree with many of its premises, and a synposis - or even a copy of the paper itself - isn’t going to change that. It might enable debate, however!
