a few quick notes…

Just a few quick notes on the site.

~ As this site grows in popularity, it grows in getting spammed. This week I’ve had to delete about 25 comments that slipped through my spam detector, and 80 or so that got snagged before making it onto the board. There were 10 or so just this morning. You can tell which ones are spam by what they look like – there’s some generic statement about the site, and when you click on the name, it takes you to some pharmacy or something. I’ll try to stay on top of deleting the ones that sneak by, ’cause it gets annoying for everyone to have the “recent comments” section filled up with that nonsense.

~ I’m working on condensing the categories a bit. “Magic in Literature” no longer exists; it’s been swallowed up by “Hogwarts School of Literature.” I’m thinking of trying to condense all the themes categories into sub-categories of a parent category simply called “Themes.” I might do the same thing with the categories for each book as well.
