BBC Narnia Code with Michael Ward Online

by Travis Prinzi on April 17, 2009

michael_ward_headshotBBC’s special, The Narnia Code, which is about Michael Ward’s excellent work, Planet Narnia, is available online for another 6 days!  I plan to watch it sometime this weekend.  Don’t miss the opportunity!

Johnny did an interview with Michael Ward for The Hog’s Head just prior to the release of the Prince Caspian movie.

Find Michael Ward at his website.

Can the documentary be accessed in the U.S.? I’m having trouble playing it.

I did hear it might not be available to U.S. viewers. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet.

Thanks for drawing attention to this programme. I’m embarrassed to say that somehow I’ve never read the Narnia stories and know almost nothing about Lewis, so it was great to see the programme. There was a fun moment at the end. I watched the programme with my son, and as the cast list was rolling he asked had I noticed the name of the actor playing Lewis as a child. I hadn’t. We played it back , and there at the top of the list was the actor’s name, Leo Harry Potter.
