I was just thinking that it had to do with Godric's Hollow, the place where Harry's parents were killed, but i'm probably thinking too simply. But It makes sense to me because harry is supposed (according to the end of book 6) to go back to Godric's hollow which are admittedly "deathly" as his parents were both murdured there. But there are probably many different reasons she chose this title so i dunno. wow! those are some really good theories.
