Goblet of Fire Delayed Release?

Apparently a musical group called The Wyrd Sisters is taking Warner Brothers to court over the alleged use of their name without permission in Goblet of Fire. My first thought in response was that Shakespeare wrote about a group of witches called “The Weird Sisters” in MacBeth (JKR’s favorite Shakespearian play, by the way), so even if a band in the movie bears that name (Warner Bros. denies it), it’s not as if this band owns that particular term, it would seem. In any case, if it delays the movie’s release, I’ll not be happy.
