Amazon.com is doing its Black Friday promotion again this year, and one of the things they do is set up a vote a week before, letting customers vote on which deals should be offered at a crazy low price.
Beedle the Bard Collector’s Edition is currently set against The Complete Sopranos on DVD, and a KitchenAid mixer. The mixer is killing the other two in votes right now. Let’s show the world the power of Potter fans: everyone with an Amazon.com account should log in and vote (Beedle is in Round 6). If Beedle the Bard wins this contest, there will be a limited number of editions available at $50 each!

The mixer is listed at $499. The crazy low price is $69.
Beedle is listed at $100. The crazy low price is $50.
Do the math. If you buy the mixer for $69. and buy Beedle at $100., you’d have a mixer and a book, and still have saved $430.
Yeah, I did that math. But I’m not planning on buying a mixer.
I voted for the mixer actually -those mixers are wonderful and great if you bake a lot. I was going to go for Beedle, but the deal for the mixer is so much better.
Well, this is already a failed experiment.
Well, we can at least do this – vote for Beedle anyway, because the runner-up still gets offered at a discounted price. The mixer is going to win, but we can at least get Beedle at a cheaper price.

Doesn’t look good, voted for Beedle but the Mixer is way ahead and the Sopranos are ahead by 2 points.
