It’s probably a good idea I listened to the latest podcast. Not that I don’t always listen to them as soon as they come out. But I finally won something in a contest! It’s not the Powerball, but I’m still happy & thankful. :) Thanks, Travis. Will send you my info.

In regard to the rest of the podcast, I think you make a fine note about the fact that our discussion here or on HP Progs or Hogwarts Professor hasn’t changed much from before the last book came out & afterwards. Not that we aren’t fans, but we’ve always focused more on the books as great literature or at least literature worth discussing as opposed to just speculating about what will happen. And the series isn’t winding down for us, it’s just getting better & better, especially because we tie in other things too.

Keep going strong.

Wow! It’s kind of fun having our names mentioned in the podcast! :)
I appreciate what you said about there being so much more to talk about, even though we know “what happened” in the plot of the books. As a lit professor in college used to say, we read not just to find out “what happened,” but “what happens.” All good literature informs and guides our thinking about “what happens” in life. In that sense, it’s always current, and there is always more to discuss…

Leanne, that’s a great way to phrase it (“what happened” vs. “what happens”).

If you haven’t already listened to it – your name gets mentioned on HP Progs’ recent episode, too. ;-)

Hello! I was lucky enough to attend two of your presentations at Portus and loved both. I am here as a result and I’m having perhaps way too much fun going through your old episodes, particularly the ones you mentioned. I will definitely be sticking around.
