Hog’s Head PubCast #82: Potter Pundits Talk about Imagination!

by Travis Prinzi on June 18, 2010

In PubCast #77, you got the outtakes from a segment the Pundits did for PotterCast on imagination. That segment never got used, and now that we’re moving on to do Live Pundits shows (starting next week), it won’t be. So that means the PubCast gets it! Enjoy.

Hi bee, no worries! All the Live Pundits shows will still end up on the audio versions of PotterCast. So you’ll still hear them.

Just wanted to say that I listened to this today walking around a park and loved the discussion. Is there a way I can listen to you three talk for longer than 30 minutes? The stories you discuss help me recover my soul for sure. But I also find the discussion does the same thing. I could listen all day. Thanks for reminding me the inside is so much bigger than the outside. So good.

Hi Chris,

We just have the half-hour segments for PotterCast right now. We may eventually post these alone, apart from the longer PotterCast episodes. Everything we’ve done so far, including the much longer event we did for Pace University, is at the Potter Pundits site.

See, what I said in partial jest the other day on Facebook about a 24/7 Potter Pundits channel is true! There’s a real need out there!! :)

Also listened to the pubcast yesterday. It was, as usual, brilliant. A very helpful discussion on imagination. There was one comment that stood out; I think John made it. I’ll have to listen again though to remember it completely.

Really, I wish we had the time. If John, James and I had the time to invest, it’s not out of the question that we could really make something out of this.

Someone want to lend us a few million dollars to start it up?

Finally had a chance to listen. Excellent, guys, really. I wasn’t ready for it to be over. And good point that Riddle likely saw a very small room and that’s why he thought he was the only one to know of it. I always thought he would have seen a large room just as the rest of them did. It makes so much more sense now.
