iTunes Subscribers…

by Travis Prinzi on February 17, 2008

UPDATE #2:  The problem was very, very simple.  I had forgotten to put Podcast #44 in the “podcasts” category.  It should be sent to iTunes forthwith.

UPDATE:  The Hog’s Head PubCast will be moving to a new feed this week.  There will be no new episode until next week.  This might mean you need to resubscribe to the podcast once the feed changes (I hope to avoid that).  I’ll keep you posted.

To anyone who subscribes to the Podcast through iTunes – there seems to be a communication breakdown between Podpress and iTunes. I’ve just installed an upgraded version of podpress, so there may be a bug, or I might just be missing something. I’ve also recently let Feedburner take over my RSS feeds, so there may be a bug somewhere in there. I’ll try to get it worked out ASAP.

Until then, note that if you don’t want to listen to it on the web (i.e., you want it on your iPod), you can still download it straight from this website. Just “right click” on Download at the bottom of the post, and select “download link target” (or whatever your browser’s option is for downloading the mp3 file).

UPDATE:  The request below has been fulfilled.  Special thanks to Shane and Rollin for the images.

A Request for anyone who knows how to do this:  If I remember correctly from the Order of the Phoenix movie, there’s a brief moment before the trio enters the Hog’s Head that the camera zooms in on the sign.  Does anyone know how to extract that still image?  I’d want the sign, as well as part of the surrounding area (the road?  I can’t remember exactly how it worked in the movie).  The sign doesn’t have to be centered in the picture (I think I might even prefer it over to the left).  If you can do this, send an email to hogsheadpub AT gmail DOT com.  Thanks.

I sent you four screenshots of the sign.
