I mentioned my reading list in PubCast #21 – the books, blogs, and articles I’ll be reading or re-reading prior to the release of Deathly Hallows. Here is that list:
- What Will Harry Do? by Janet Scott Batchler
- Unlocking Harry Potter by John Granger
- Felicity’s Reflections
- The Arthurian Legends and resources on those legends (HT to Dr. Amy H. Sturgis)
- H.P. Lovecraft stories (also recommended by Dr. Sturgis)
- Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Quidditch Through the Ages (available for a low price in this nice box set
- Hogwarts Professor
- Alchemy by Titus Burckhardt
Of course, that’s not all I’ll be reading. Any blog mentioned here or linked here is fair game, and I’m sure there’s plenty to discover.

Got some reading on my plate too. Trying to fill in the review section at http://www.ChristnHP.org So reviews are very welcome, one and all.
Tackling “Wicca’s Charm” now. Following it up with two more Harry centric books “The Gospel According to Harry Potter” and “A Charmed Life”.
Then I think I’m going to be stepping away from HP reading wise until early July, when I’ll try to reread HBP, in preparation for Deathly Hallows.
I’ve read most of Wicca’s Charm and all of those other two books by Neal and Bridger respectively. I ordered by own copy of Burckhardt’s book, Alchemy. Look forward to reading that as well. I have What Would Harry Do? but haven’t read it yet. Good list
I forgot to mention that I like the new mini-sword bullet points.
