SoG at Wikipedia!

Blogengamot Tech-Elf Ben sent me an email today alerting me that the featured article at Wikipedia today is “Religious Debates over Harry Potter,” and SoG gets a mention in the section on Dumbledore’s sexuality. Not only do we get mentioned, but Dave is quoted (though, unfortunately, it doesn’t actually say that…it does link to his post in the footnotes, though).

Ben tells me Wikipedia is one of the ten most visited websites in America.

Yes, I saw this last night on wikipedia. Pretty interesting article overall. Nice that SOG got a mention, since I think we had one of the better & more rational discussions on Dumbledore’s sexuality & also on the nature of canon & authorial statements.

Don’t quote me on Wikipedia being one of the top ten visited sites. It was just a guess. ;P

I guess I was right, it is the eighth most visited. http://www.alexa.com/site/ds/top_sites?ts_mode=global&lang=none

Wikipedia has already changed to tomorrows featured article.
